Can I practice out loud, by talking?

Yes. Tap the mic and talk instead of typing — your phone turns your voice into text, and on iPhone that happens on the device itself. Haveo reads its replies back out loud, so you can rehearse with your ears as well as your eyes.

Is my information private?

Your events, notes and reflections are stored on your phone, and there's no account. The AI is the part that leaves: what you type to Haveo goes to Anthropic so it can answer, a file you attach goes the same way, and a sentence read aloud goes to OpenAI for the voice. With the AI on, saving an event also sends that event once, to write the “what to expect” note — that is the only thing sent without you asking. Neither company trains on it and both delete it within about 30 days. No ads and no tracking inside the app. This website counts anonymous page views and App Store clicks so we know which guides are useful — no profile, no advertising, and nothing tied to you.

Where does what I write go?

To answer you, Haveo sends what you type — and any file you attach — to Anthropic, the company whose AI writes the reply. They don't use it to teach their AI. When Haveo reads a reply out loud, that one sentence goes to OpenAI, who makes the voice.
